Support by student tutors
The program is based on support for each participant by one or two student mentors from the university, and by a mentor, a lecturer from the university.
The role of these mentors is to help students prepare their plans to resume their studies (identifying the courses and diplomas available, putting together applications, preparing for interviews), but also to help them socialize and integrate into the Nanterre community.
Support from the teaching team
Throughout the course, students are supported by the program's pedagogical team, with regular one-to-one meetings to review their academic progress and study plans.
Organization
Course schedule: Classes are held from Monday to Friday, according to the school's timetable. Attendance at all classes is compulsory and a prerequisite for graduation.
Tuition fees: DU Passerelle students are exempt from tuition fees.
All DU Passerelle students are issued with a student card giving them access to the facilities enjoyed by all students enrolled at the university: university library, sports hall, social assistance, medical and psychological services, computer equipment, etc.
Provided they meet the conditions for access, students are eligible for CROUS scholarships and social housing.
