► UNIVERSITY DEGREE: 20 hours/week


To register for the University Degree (DU), applications must be submitted on the e-candidat platform (ecandidat.parisnanterre.fr).

Click on Phillia > then "University Degree (bachelor's + indefinite)" and choose the DU you wish to apply for (here’s how to proceed).

Submit your application from April 2nd to April 16th, 2025.

Level tests will be organized for DU A2, B1, and B2 on either May 22nd or May 23rd, 2025. Selected candidates will be contacted.
You will receive a final response about your registration via email starting from June 6th, 2025.

The required documents to upload to the platform are:
A copy of a valid ID
A curriculum vitae
A motivation letter indicating the desired level (A2, B1, B2, or C1). No C2 level for semester 1.
A copy of the most recent diploma obtained, at least equivalent to the baccalaureate, translated into French (by a certified translator).
A certificate of French proficiency (except for students re-registering, who can provide their enrollment certificate). We organize French proficiency tests throughout the year.

► PLCF: Language Proficiency Course: 6 hours/week

To register for the PLCF, applications must be submitted on the e-candidate platform (ecandidat.parisnanterre.fr).
Click on Phillia > Certificate of Competence > Certificate of Advanced French Language and Civilization.

Submit your application from April 2nd to April 16th, 2025.
No selection test for the PLCF (here’s how to proceed).

You will receive a final response about your registration via email starting from June 6th, 2025.

The required documents to upload to the platform are:
A copy of a valid ID
A curriculum vitae
A motivation letter
A copy of the most recent diploma obtained, at least equivalent to the baccalaureate, translated into French (by a certified translator).
A certificate of your French proficiency (except for beginners at A1 level). We organize French proficiency tests throughout the year.

Selected PLCF candidates will be invited for an oral interview: dates to be announced.

► Intensive French Course - SIF - 1 week only: 25 hours of registration

To bring your French language skills up to speed before the start of the university semester, you can participate in the SIF: Intensive French Training (25 hours).
Dates to be announced.

This course is open to all students interested, depending on their level in French: from B1 to C1.

Attention: You have the option to apply for two programs, but it is strongly recommended to choose only one of them.
