Department organisation: who to contact
For the roles and contacts of management, administrative staff and academic coordinators, see Organisation and contacts. For guidance or improvement suggestions, contact the F.Et.E. office: secretariat-fete@phillia.parisnanterre.fr. For a complaint, use the procedure below.
SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT TO THE F.Et.E. DEPARTMENT
Any learner, applicant, teacher, partner or University service may report a difficulty or submit a complaint concerning reception, administration, training organisation, teaching, assessment, published information, classrooms, equipment or any other matter requiring review.
How to submit a complaint
Use the dedicated form or email secretariat-fete@phillia.parisnanterre.fr with “Réclamation F.Et.E.” in the subject line. Email is available if you do not have a Google account or cannot access the form. Both channels follow the same recording and response procedure. Describe the facts, dates and programme concerned, and provide your reply contact details. Send only necessary supporting documents. For medical matters, violence or discrimination, contact the specialist services on Health and social support.
Processing and response times
The department acknowledges receipt within a maximum of five working days. Whenever possible, a response is provided within fifteen working days. If further checks, consultation or action by another University service are required, the person concerned is informed of the follow-up and, where possible, the expected processing time.
Complaints are handled confidentially. If the response does not resolve the matter, the person concerned may request a review by the F.Et.E. department management or be referred to the appropriate University service or mediation procedure.
